Registration
Registration is OPEN. Attendees who wish to submit an abstract must first register to attend the meeting. Within a day or two after completing your registration, you will receive a confirming email containing a link to the abstract submission site. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive this email within a day or so, and then contact RSregistration@nullRNASociety.org to resend.

Fees include:
- Access to all sessions, poster sessions and coffee breaks
- Conference program and materials
- Welcome reception on Monday evening
- Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. Your registration and your place in the program are not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be emailed to RSregistration@nullrnasociety.org. Refunds, less a $125 fee, are available if a registration cancellation is requested by July 20, 2025. After July 21, no refunds are available, but a substitute may be sent if Microbes & RNA registration is notified via email. No-shows will not be eligible to receive a refund.
Registrations may be transferred to another attendee in lieu of cancellation. To arrange a substitution, please send an email to RSregistration@nullrnasociety.org.
