Registration
Attendees who wish to submit an abstract must first register to attend the meeting. Immediately after completing your registration, you will receive a confirming email containing a link to the abstract submission site. Check your junk folder if you do not receive this email within moments of registering and contact us to resend it if need be.

Fees include
- access to all sessions, poster sessions and coffee breaks
- conference program and materials
- poolside welcome reception on Tuesday evening
- lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
Cancellations
Cancellations should be sent in writing to RSregistration@nullrnasociety.org. Payments will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation on or before June 30, 2023 – full refund, less $100 administrative fee
Cancellation from July 1 through 31, 2023 – 50% refund
Cancellation on or after August 1, 2023 – not refundable
Registrations may be transferred to another attendee in lieu of cancellation. To arrange a substitution, send email to RSregistration@nullrnasociety.org.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration by credit card or invoice. All major credit cards are accepted. Instructions for payment by check or wire transfer can be found on the invoice after registration is completed. Your registration and your place in the program are not confirmed until payment is received.
