Accommodations

Attendees should book their own lodging (it is not included in the meeting registration fee).  There are many lodging options in Strasbourg, and the downtown area is about a 25-minute walk (2.0 km) from the Strasbourg Congress Center (walkable and flat).  Trams are also available and run frequently throughout the city.

The following list of accommodations is a sample of lodging options – many more can be found on Expedia, Booking.com, etc.  Because there are many choices, the Conference does not have specific room blocks at any one hotel, so you are free to book at a location you prefer which meets your budget requirements.  The rates below are as of March 20, 2025, and subject to change.  Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include breakfast.

Hotels near the Congress Center:

• AC by Marriott, $109 Euros/night (refundable), double occupancy
• Hilton Strasbourg, $115 Euros/night (refundable), double occupancy

Hotels in downtown Strasbourg:

• • Maison Rouge (9.6 rating, 5 star) $177 Euros/night, prepay, non-refundable, non-changeable
  • Leonor hotel (9.6 rating, 4 star) $177 Euros/night, refundable
  • Hannong hotel (9.2 rating, 4 star) $166 Euros/night, refundable
  • Boma hotel (9.2 rating, 4 star) $194 Euros/night, refundable

Other options:

• Ibis Strasbourg Republique, $165 Euros/night, located between downtown and the Congress Center
• Ibis Strasbourg Centre Petite France, $93 Euros/night, refundable, located downtown.
• Youth hostel Strasbourg – Ciarus  With about 90 rooms, and accommodations for 250 guests, the rates range from $40 to $70++ per night.  Ciarus is newer, well-located, clean and very functional.
